Download the manual for your mppt from Victron energy web site and in section 13.12 it tells you how to do a on/off switch. Larger mppts have a built in on/off switch. I use my cerbo to control my mppt remote on/off ,thru the VRM system but that is thru the internet.

The more connectors you have, the more problem points you have, that is why most people use their busbars. Look in the Resources of this site for a good way to top balance.

I have three jk bms and have never had any problems with them but I top balanced my cell before putting them in service, as some one suggested moving the bms and see it the problem followes the bms or stays with the battery. Best of luck, maybe someone has a better idea.

Did any of the cells go below the under voltage protection you hav set at 2.80v during the night when the battery went offline?The SOC is not very accurate in the jk bms. It is better to use a shunt ( I use a victron smart shunt ) You may need to do a top balance to get the cells all at the same...

Now that the sun is higher in the sky, your system may be producing more power than before and may be causing one cell to go into over voltage protection( OVP)

Lets start with the simple stuff first. Did you top balance the cells before building the batteries? Can you use the jk bms app to look at your settings? I find it hard to read your charts but I think one of your bms is turning off when one cell in over voltage, what do you have the OVP set at...

How are your batteries connect in parallel? Can you switch the batteries around to see if the trouble followes a battery or stays the same. You could switch the bms around to see if the trouble followes a bms.

You should check out Off Grid Garage on youtube. Andy has a video of his settings for these jk bsm, some problems with these bsm and solutions for these bms. He likes them and has regular contact with Jk to resolves issues he and his followers find. Good Luck.

I fix the problem, I found an older version of the app on line , downloaded it and now everything is working fine. The old app that works is V 4.14

I have two older JKbms and the app upgraded to v 4.18 and now I can not access the settings or control pages. The setting and control buttons are across the botton of the page but when I try to access them it just stays on the status page. I have reset the app and the bms but there is no change...

You may want to look at Andy's you tube channel or go to his web site off-grid-garage.com . At the top right go to tools then, my settings, he has his setting for a victron smart shunt and a link to a video about the settings. His you tube channel is full of great information.

Looks like it was over charged, how were the solar panels disconnected and was the another source that may have over charged the battery? Any fuses?
