Where do I set the charging voltage? In the BMS settings? I can already charge with a benchtop power supply at 14V

They are in range. I measured all of the cells and they are just above 3.3V. I can charge my battery with a benchtop power supply perfectly fine without this happening, so let me know what you think.

Inverter is connected to the battery. Ive just tested turning on the inverter at the same time. The Inverter does not shutdown when this happens.
