I'm just curious if you ever drain that beast down to say 15 or 20% and then go to charge it, how long & how much will that take to get to 3.45V per cell.
The whole compression thing has been beaten to death & regurgitated too often.... 300kg 660lbs Go ahead squeeze a cell with that pressure - stand back and be protected when you do. The tin around a Prismatic cell is NOT THICKER than a Soda Pop Can.
BUT WHATEVER - Your Money, Your Risks &...
I am sorry but I feel I need to point out that these cases are not intended to be in that position. This puts the cells on their sides and then you have the weight/gravity issue of pressure on cells. We have seen Several packs with cells on their sides develop issues. Please do consider that.

When ordering cases WITHOUT Cells (when you have your own & want to install into cases) it is VERY Important to account for the different cells terminal spaces. Even with EVE LF280* Cells, the terminals may be either tapped holes, welded studs or the new...
Looking at those photo's that is quite well built IMO, I'm stealing an idea out of those pics for my Cases. I really like that they uses cells with Studs, so "if" something goes wonkey they can be swapped (not likely needed). For 1K I would say that's not a bad deal at all, especially with S&H...
Victron uses TAILCURRENT settings which you need to use in your Charge profile. Additionally your charging profile is more than likely pushing too far. This is a path many have travelled. Please understand that the BMS is "Last Line of Defence", the basic JK's do their job well and manage...
Alright NOW I have to ask cause it is pretty much all built. Have you put that Beast on a scale ? I am curious what that whole kit weighs all said & done, other have to be curious as well, I'm sure. Also I have to point out to other readers to have a Close Look at this setup, everything is so...
COOL, nothing like making cool stuff starting with a sheet.
My dual-hole laminated bars are tinned with heat shrink as well.
The copper mesh single-hole, are tinned in the ends but not the mesh itself.
My Sense/Balance leads are going on the screw hole as before. A dry crimped with folded...
When I bent mine, I made sure the step was right on (I used to restore show cars, so metal work = no thought required). Either way works because that step needs to be negotiated. As I update my packs to new cases etc, I am using new dual terminal cells w/ flexible laminated copper bars but all...
You'll be hard pressed to find any 280H cells with tapped M6 holes now. 280K's with Weelded studs are avail;able from Amy @ Luyuan, while most are B-cells she may have access to A cells with posts (maybe but not likely). You CAN mix those in 2 ways.
1) Using a Copper Mesh Busbar with single...
You can safely keep LFP at 100% of the Working Voltage Range without any issues whatsoever over the lifespan of the cells. Note that the working voltage range for LFP is from 3.000-3.400 which is the range that delivers the actual rated Amphours of the cells. If you charge your battery packs...
Bluetooth BLE uses almost nothing for power. That is also why the range is limited to <6 metres (without obstructions).
Security Risk ? Well change the password to Alpha-Numeric and stop worrying, there is nothing anyone can do to "spy" on you or do anything nefarious. It is like worrying...
I took JK's image, sharpened it and added clarification which should be there by default.
