I have only LiFePO4 variants, need to check for Li-ion . Did you tried to ask with the seller for new firmware ?. Now you are using it with 3.2V LFP cells or 3.7V Li-ion cells ?

I have tried by truing off the 2nd load output but it didn't helped . Also tried with different troubleshooting , output settings like 220,230,240 volt range and 50, 60HZ range . But these didn't helped.

I have verified that and used the following settings RCV - 3.460, SOC 100% - 3.440 and not connected load on inverter but still its not going to absorption but when changing the RCV to 3.450 and then back to 3.460 then gain change to 3.450V will trigger the absorption.

also i have tested 3 of their firmware and finally the last one seems to be working as expected. FYI : you will need a PC with Windows OS and RS232 to USB adapter to update the firmware using BMSTool software . if needed i will try to make a small video on that.
