Following up on this thread. How does one find a contractor to do the work to install a diy system? Am I looking for just general electricians? A lot of information everywhere is about DIY and how to avoid the solar brokers but nothing about going the contracting / self-purchasing equipment route.

Only benefit is of course that it includes installation labor, warranties on roof coverage, etc. and city permit/inspection fees. Not to mention this is on a tile/concrete roof — if that makes a difference in installation.

Here's my drawing updated with fuse placement. I am a newbie here so I'm not sure where you suggested I put the 60 amp fuse -- its the same wires from the charger to the battery in this case. Also, not sure if I should fuse the positive going to the LOAD from the switch.
