Some of these sellers know they should never have imported deye inverters to the USA. I read somewhere where a guy here in the US brought a few in and sold them for double the price. I also saw a few on ebay the other day. Those inverters were region specific and not for sale in the US. People...- Reaction score: 2

Deye and Solark have been true to their contract. The problem is with third party sellers especially on Alibaba. They are selling region specific inverters to buyers in the USA. Solark found out about it contacted deye and deye shut down the inverters in locations that not adhere to the regions...- Reaction score: 2

Even if you got a solark at half price it may still be way more expensive than deye or a EG4. I thought they would say they woukd buy back the disabled deye. I don't know but it sounds like they are not far removed from this shutdown 🤔- Reaction score: 1
