Does anyone have any experience with a company called Rich Solar?

Hi, I'm entering the solar world with almost no experience. I researched and settled on the EG4 6000 xp split phase inverter. My question is, in order to communicate between batteries and inverter do I need to use EG 4 brand batteries? Thanks in advance for your input

Hi, I have (2) eco flow delta pro units. Can I add rack mounted batteries to these units? I would like to combine the 2 delta pros with a larger second batterry than eco flow offers. Thank you
