Brand new: 12x 310ah CATL LIFEPO cells to build your own LIFEPO4 battery bank. 3 x JBD (overkill) 150 amp (4S) BMS
I ordered them directly from Exliporc manufacturer with the intention of building a 930 ah 12V battery (3x 310ah batteries) but ended up going another route. Prefer to sell...
Perfect, thank you for the quickly. Your post help me clarify in the manual also. Thankfully I had already also installed the ISO board between DCC and BMS so we're all set. Thanks again
Thank you! I haven't seen any other boxes that have the top rod specifically, but I wanted some extra peace of mind that there is compression and security keeping them held in up top. I couldn't figure out a scientific way to easily/consistently measure the amount of pressure, so I went until...
@Steve_S @Will Prowse You may have noticed in my photo that I installed the Chargery 300A common port DCC after the main battery positive. However as I'm skimming through the Chargery manual again I see that they recommend it be installed after the main battery negative, after the shunt... It...
Thank you! I mounted the pack to the side wall and floor via pockethole screws on each end - they can faintly be seen in the wide angle photo. Was considering using some strapping around the front also but don't think it's necessary.
Exciting project! I'm just finishing a similar conversion myself - I just did a post on my 2P4S 12V 560AH battery install. Let me know if you have any questions!

I recently completed my 560AH 12V battery (2P4S) using 8x Eve 280AH cells (purchased through Alex at Basen) and 300A Chargery BMS8T and 300A DCC. You can see it installed in my electrical compartment of my 2020 Ford Transit van conversion. After top balancing to 3.64V, and then leaving sitting...
The price does seem too good to be true.
Personally I ordered 8 x 280AH Eve cells through Alex at Basen, and my dad ended up going the DIY route also and purchased 64 cells (2 x 16S2P to make 2 x 560AH 48 Volt battery banks). Keep me posted if you end up completing the order!
Amy gave me this quote when I asked about shipping for 4 of these batteries to FL, USA. Quite affordable IMO.
"4pcs 12V 200AH, to the United States (34285), freight: $368
Shipping by sea, to the door, including tax, about 30 days to arrive”
I am going ahead and ordering 8x280AH cells for my own battery, but this was the response I got when I asked about low temp cutoff:
"
4. As to at what temperature BMS can withstand, my colleague replied:
Generally, the working temperature of BMS has little effect, it mainly depends on the...
I did ask Amy what BMS it has and if it has low temp cut off. She told me she is checking with her engineers and will update me. Personally I'm leaning towards 8x 280AH Eve cells (2P4S configuration) with 600A Chargery BMS and Chargery 600A DCC Contactor, but still curious on the specs of these...
