It sounds like your charge controller is bad. Defective! Like the voltage sense inside is off therefore it drags the voltage to the wrong MPP and and with regular amount of voltage thinks it's too high.

What are you doing with 180 volts? I'm off grid and my inverter uses 516 volts so I've got 38 of the 12 volt batteries in series. It's just rare to see people using higher voltage so you got me curious.

Are you curious how old your battery is? Just decode the serial number. It's a little white sticker on top of your battery. But old enough, who cares about the month anyway. Right in the serial number shows the year so there's not much to decode. You just have to know which number to look at...

Would connecting the generator to the AC input instead of the generator input and using the generator load shaving ease the instant burden on the generator when the heavy load start? Therefore stopping the sol ark from dropping the generator? This is for people off grid of course.
