Im an idiot. I had the negative cable of my voltage meter plugged into the wrong input. When I plugged it into the proper ground input, my cells read 3.44. This is going to be a long build I think ? Thanks for your responses.

I top balanced my 280AH Eve cells to 3.65 and then let them sit for 2 months as I got slammed with other works. Was this bad for the cells? They are currently sitting at 2.82v. Should I top balance them again?

I have 12 Eve 280AH Grade A brand new cells from Amy. The resting voltage of them was around 3.29 and each cell was within about .001 of each other. great. After realizing I didn't purchase additional bus bars, I could only top balance six of the cells in parallel at a time. no problem. I...

So I would only use one BMS for the 3p4S configuration? Looking at the REC ABMS and it says it’s for 4 cells in series, which made me believe I would need to buy 3 of them.
