about 2 weeks ago i got 4 for $350 from Temu thanks to a $120 new user coupon. I have had one hooked up to my ham radio that I use a couple hours a day and it seems to be doing good. They all tested 13.25v.
I ended up going with a 48v system with 1500/3000 watt inverter, 4 320 watt Bifacial panels, and a 150 45 mppt scc. After all the advice I think I am going with a Bussman JJN-80. I jumped the gun and bought a Zookoto 150VDC IR10KA 80A Class T Fuse before I new what I was looking for.

the charging cord and 2nd outlet need to be hardwired. The picture looks like it comes with the charging hardwire but I am going to get a really heavy duty extension cord to cut it in half and use that for each.
After looking at Wills videos do I need an Automatic Transfer System like the one shown on the video "DIY 2000 watt, 24v Solar Power System w/ LiFePO4 Batteries"
I have decided to use solar power for my man cave. During the winter my maximum watts are about 150 due to me heating with propane. Summer will be the same 150 watts plus a Midea 8,000 btu inverter ac. According to Midea the total start up watts is 710 and from what I have read ongoing is about...
I am going to use 6 gauge for scc to battery and everything else 2 gauge. I don't want bus bars or a battery switch.
Does anyone notice anything that needs to be fixed?
4 Seraphim 305 Watt 60 Cell monocrystalline solar panels for sale. New never used, I had big plans but they fell through. $800 obo.

I am building a 48v 200ah battery and I was wondering what size Daly BMS to use. I have been looking through the forum and have seen that people say go bigger. Would it be ok to go with a 250a?
I live in the country and my closest neighbors are about 1/4 mile away. It is blocked from wind pretty well to the south due to house.
Would I be better off using 4 or 5 ground screws per array instead of the buckets?
I need right at 5 kw daily. After some research I have learned that the worst day in Western KY gets 3.5 hours of sun. Would 2000 watts of solar and 2 200AH 24V LiFePo4 batteries be enough, what would be a good all in one unit for me, and are the used 250 watt panels for $50 from Santansolar.com...
I ended up contacting growatt about returning it and for some reason they told me to just keep it and they refunded my money.
My new plan is to use it to power everything I need but a/c and build a larger system for my a/c.
I found new Adani 365W Mono Solar Panels on eBay for $165 with deliver to residential with liftgate: Estimated $200 - $340. I was wondering if Adani is a good brand and if the price is good?
I need a 60 amp fuse between mppt and battery but unsure of type. The 150 45 Victron manual does not specify type of fuse just amps. I already have an 80 amp class t fuse for battery to inverter and 30 amp breaker for panel disconnect. What type of fuse should I use?
I have 4 12v100a lifepo4 batteries and am trying to decide on 12v 24v or 48v. I am only powering a 100sq ft man cave with a tv, phone charger, laptop charger, 2 led lights and a 5000 BTU window a/c for no more than 6 hours. According to my kill a watt the ac runs 400 watts full blast and 825...
Would 4 gauge still be ok or do I need to go up to 2 gauge? My inverter peak watts is just 3000 so I will never get close to 110 amps and 4 gauge is 100 amp.
I just ordered 4 305W Seraphim panels and 2 24 Volt 200ah batteries. I will be needing about 3.5 kw a day and I was wondering how to size an all in one system.
Seraphim Panels
305 Watts
Open circuit voltage (VOC): 39.9 V
Max power voltage (VMP): 32.3 V
Short circuit current (ISC): 9.76 A
Max...
I have decided to build my system myself instead of going with an AIO. How do I get the capabilities of an AIO charging batteries with grid or generator and also using the power from grid or generator to power my system?
After researching the forum I found
4000W inverter/48V battery = 83A So I would need a bms 16S48V 100A. So is that number correct and what brand should I get?
If I use Over Kill BMS like Will suggest, is a 100A all I need.
I need 4.5khw a day. I am going to have 2 24v 280ah batteries, and 4 Seraphim 305W panels. What size all in one would I need? I was looking at a MPP Solar LV2424.
I was wondering what the thoughts are on inverter/chargers vs auto transfer switch. I am using lifepo4 48v battery and from what I have researched I need something that has programming to make sure voltage are set correctly for float and charge.
I have an existing cabin and was wanting to run power to it via solar power with a budget of $4000. I want to power a small fridge, a fan, tv, xbox, and 2 led shop lights. I was wondering if it would be safe if I plug a power strip in the inverter that has 15 amp receptacles and run what I need...
I have had to move my man cave further away from the house so an extension cord is not practical. I have a propane heater and Vita550 with a 100 watt panel that powers everything in my man cave this time of year.
I need to save up money for a setup to power my air conditioner only since I will...
I guess I am thinking that in the video Will has about auto transfer switches that when the battery is low the ats starts powering the load and also charges the battery. With me thinking that I guess I was wondering if ats vs inverter/charger has any advantages over the other.
I have 4 320 watt panels and I plan on using 2 solar bracket kits and attaching 2 panels on each. Each leg will be attached to a 5 gallon bucket of concrete using 4x4s and simpson strong tie wood to concrete bases. I live in Kentucky so we have no hurricanes but we do have storms with occasional...
vs separate charger and ats. I am setting up solar for a cabin and I was wanting a way to charge the battery with a small generator for days with little/no sun.
