Why did your 100Ah Tess battery or batteries need to be warrantied?

Hey my buddy bought batteries from Tess Electric back in 2018 so I am not sure how accurate the information on the company you have is. I do know they live in Isanti but I picked up from their warehouse up in Kanabec County. They seem like great people. I have been using two of their newer version batteries and have been really happy so far no issues or anything. Looking into AlanGriff's account he has a wiring/fire issues and didn't listen to anyone's advice on this forum https://diysolarforum.com/threads/told-my-wiring-is-wrong.13894/page-2
I personally recommend this company to anyone looking to buy LiFeP04 batteries or solar panels as they are the cheapest I have ever found and I, as well as my buddy who purchased back in 2018 for his off grid set up, have not had a single issue.
