Rover 40a MPPT voltage mismatch

What's going on here? Is this defective? I have a shunt, bms, even a cheap voltage readout display all showing the exact same voltages and this is off by .2... I have no voltage drop all the way from the battery to the charge controller either.
 
Every other meter and device I gave disagrees with the MPPT and agrees with the Klein though. But either way overcharging my li bank by 0.2v regularly that should be fine I suppose. I have a shunt BMS 2 meters and inverter all from different manufacturers reading 26.6...
 
For any charger to properly measure accurate Battery Voltage, they need to have Volt meter measuring wires right at the battery posts, it cannot be real accurate if the Vdrops on the battery power wires are not factor in. So far I have not seen any SCC or charger with the measuring wires setup.
You need calibrated meter as the master to be able to find out which meter is right or wrong to see if they are within its published spec.
