4 12v gel batteries 51ah 2s/2p can someone help me with a bms 24v total,i noticed one battery was charging at 15v

i need help guys what do i need to balance charge these batteries
Looks like you need not a BMS but just a battery equalizer. Something like this one - https://www.amazon.com/PowMr-Battery-Equalizer-Voltage-Balancer/dp/B07L8XKZ71/

Do you have a diagram or pic of how your batteries are wired? Are they wired in a balanced way or all from one battery?

I don't know why but that wiring makes my head hurt. I "think" its a good wiring setup.
Whats up with the alligator clips? Whats that for?
What kinds of battery voltages are you seeing at a high Soc and a low Soc? Same battery(s) high and low?

aligator clips are from inverter,they will be gone soon,yeah voltage fluctuates on all four batteries,sun goes down all batteries rest at 12.9,so will that equalizer work with my setup

I have never used one, i have all LiFePO4 now.
You should start a new thread asking about "lead acid battery equalizers". A title of "bms" is not going to attract the right folks for your chemistry.
