Can I top balance and build my battery in a cold room ?

The place I plan to top balance and build a battery is in a unheated room that’s going to be between 1.66 to 12.77 Celsius (35 to 55 degrees f) .will this be ok ?

The battery spec sheet should provide the temp range for charging. You can also consider insulating the batteries to keep them more on the warmer side as 35F is getting cold for charging some chemistries.

1.66 seems awfully precise and at the same time too close to freezing for my comfort.
I would adjust the temperature control up a few degrees or add battery heater.

At those temperatures below 5C most cell data sheets limit charging currents. example, for a 110Ahcell

Note that any capacity tests at low temperature will give results lower than specified.
