Hi... Have been curious bout the tech for a while and I think its getting better and cheaper so maybe it is time to invest. Been watching Will on yt and eventually stumbled to this forum.

The problem here in the country is it seems sellers are importing bloated B cells and selling of as A cells.

Hopefully I can learn more on how to verify things and build something simple at first then scale up.

Im very interested in the growatt all in one and hopefully can build it eventually

Welcome to the forums!

Since your local sellers are trying to rip you off I hope you can purchase abroad. Check out @ghostwriter66's threads as she's always on the prowl for good & cheap. Good luck with your build!

Thanks for the heads up will check her threads and all the stuff in this forum.

Finding good battery is the hardest part... not even cheap... its just weird here.
Maybe because we are near china and has some shipping routes here and there.

As for parts it seems there are decent panels, and MPPT here and I've seen those same kinds that Will talked about on his YT.
Really its just the battery that is tough to ascertain if its good or not.
Hopefully I can educate myself and but necessary stuff to verify capacity and what not.

Welcome to another Filipino brother. While I'm not actually Filipino, my mother and father went on vacation there and I was born 9 months later. So I've always told people that I'm "made in the Philippines", and felt a kinship with the country and people.

I wish you good luck on your endeavors, and remember to watch Will's videos on YouTube. They are very informative and he is great at explaining things.

Thanks for the warm welcome. You should definitely come visit when the pandemic is over.

Hey guys, I live in Cebu-City and after #odetteph I now start to look for solar too.
But as Im olderI will go for a readymade system like Bluetti or EcoFlow and just add local solar panels to it.
