AliExpress fake seller stores “xxxxOrders Store”

I noticed that there are hundreds of new accounts with this format.
Older ones have user comments that specify that somehow the seller falsified the tracking to look like it is real and at the end on the tracking it said that the package was delivered when in fact there was no package.
Buyers all said that they were not able to prove on dispute that the package was not delivered because the falsified tracking number testify that the package was delivered and they LOST ALL MONEY !

What could be the solution in this case because each product has already 500 persons that was fooled by this fraud ?

below you can see that each tracking step is at the same hour and minute so it is forged by an automatic script … and at the end noting arrived

I have been looking at a few of these stores with the price being half or less what most other stores have. I pondered pulling the trigger just to see what happened. Glad I did not.

Can you share where your info and tracking details came from? Did you order?

Yes, seller is creating a false ultra fast track for the package that also testify package was delivered and AliExpress will not refund you the money.

There are hundreds of FAKE stores and you will never get the product and also you will not get the money on refund because AliExpress will show it to you that the package was delivered and the first problem identified was the TIME and HOUR that was the same on all locations. What do you mean ? there are hundreds of stores like that one, also with valid names , like this one :

From what I have seen more than 3500 users was robbed with this method, from this stores that are still doing FRAUD since more than one year ago. I think that POLICE should investigate the facilitating of this fraud by AliExpress.
As log as for one year this fraud is still tolerated than we all can conclude that the store is a part of the scam, as a facilitator of the robbery, also because they do not refund the money on DISPUTE, they say that based on shipping company you received the package and you as a buyer are the one that tells the lie.

Please add other stores and opinions as I did here, it is important to create a sticky thread with the entire list and category of the scam because otherwise you will loose a lot of money !

To see how many was tricked just replace last digit from this tracking number, than previous digit and so on ... all have exactly the same stops on the tracking, invalid identical dates, and you can see the names of so many robbed persons :

it seems that there are more than 100 of this type of fake stores, all with the same products created by a bot and all are using the same FAKE delivery exploit or hack from 2 shipping companies http://www.hjyt56.com/ and http://www.17post56.com/
 
Yes, I am a victim too, my only recourse now is Paypal, as Aliexpress have not reviewed any evidence and just judge in the scammers favor.

Just check the high number of FAKE stores if you search for "280ah lifepo4", I think that more than 95% of the stores are fake and automatically created with duplicated products and all of them will never ship the package, first 2 pages only FAKE fraudulent stores , be aware :

This is getting very worrying...
I try to avoid no-name stores, with low or even 0 positive feedback.

I recently order 2 Lifepo4 battery packs from 2 different Aliexpress sellers. I hope not to get scammed.
For now, at least one of them looks legit, as shipping is progressing (checked on a few tracking sites).

I did almost get scammed when purchasing a Power supply from an Aliexpress store.
It looked legit and everything, but the seller never sent it, and just disappeared (no products on the store anymore).

I opened a dispute, let's hope I will get my money back.
 
DO NOT USE Shop910787018 Store on AliExpress For anything battery related.
I was sold 8 420Ah Grade A cells for $1186 and received 8 240Ah cells of which 2 are badly damaged and 1 in missing the bottom insulating cap.
Sold "will receive 20-38 days" as soon as transaction completed. "Please give me time, trade shipping very slow right now. you will have in 75 days".
Waited 75 days with nothing from the seller so I asked for refund. Day 80 batteries show up on my door. Which I find funny because I used to work in the shipping industry and if needed I could have something shipped door to door in 5 days from China. The return cheapest shipping can also be back on their doorstep in 4 days.
What did I receive?
Notice in the two pictures are, first, the end of the test cycle 245Ah and, the second, the battery, like all the rest, have no QR code and the detail decals have been changed to show the battery is supposed to be 420Ah. They didn't even put the altered tags on squarely, nor did they clean all the glue backing off the original covers.
Now in dispute with AliExpress and Paypal.
Paypal says I have to send him back the batteries, at my expense, in order to received a full refund. Cheapest shipping is $434 USD.
AliExpress says work it out with the store to get a partial refund or send them back to get a full refund.
Paypal is looking into his business practices for fraud. Paypal says if they find he is committing fraud to multiple people then those people will have actionable recourse for shipping costs also but it may take up to two years to get enough proof.

Now as for me I will never, AND I MEAN NEVER, use any AliExpress store whether recommended or not. AliExpress has all the documentation and their money back guarantee is "Please work it out with the seller".

It is as if aliexpress is just a fully automated store with no humans behind it except the buyers and sellers.

I guess its support section is handled by a skeletal crew who dont get paid enough and hate their jobs. They couldnt care less if a seller or buyer was committing fraud. All they would care about is getting each case closed/solved as fast and painless (for them) as possible.

Trying to get help from an employee that do not care about his company or you is too common :/
 
I want to add more data to this case:

I confirm, after many investigations that:
1.- All these vendors ("xxxxOrders Store" where xxxx are diverse numbers, 3999 in my case) are part of a complete scam system.
2.- The tracking system of company HJYT is part of the scam. HJYT does not exist, it is only a very poor web site where the only functional option is the tracking system (evident, it is necessary for the scam); no other links on it works. Can be that previous cases used other names for this company (i think HJAA was used previously because is on the tracking number example).
3.- The trackings are created by a bot or a person saying he is HJYT and has deceived many shipping tracking websites making them (in not coluntary form) part of the scam.

Paypal initially accepted the false tracking as "proof of deliver" and closed my case. After my claims with the data exposed here, they reopened the case, but claiming me for a "proof of not delivered" coming from the local poste office. I provided it, but they closed the case, even with all this evidences...they were very unuseful on this case.

I claimed too at Aliexpress, here the claim is still being analyzed. After the answer period for vendor, they give me good words, but i'm not totally confident. The case has paseed the "vendor answer period" without reach solution and is not closed; now Aliexpress have 3 days for give me a solution, but now something is different: Aliexpress has marked my claim as valid, pending of evaluation...i hope it will be correct answered.

I'm pressing Aliexpress for clossing these false vendors by menacing them with report them to the police as accomplices of a scam but this only will be effective if all persons affected claims with the same. If some of you were affected by this scam, please, reopen reclamation and notify all this to your Police (at Spain National Police, department of Internet delict)...make you see Aliexpress that all these vendors must be closed or they will be involved as accomplices of scam.
 
Proofs of HJYT is a false transport company and part of the scam system:
1.- The web sitedon't appears on any search motor (Google or similar) but only on the links on the free tracking companies.
2.- The site is not secure (is http, not https)
3.- The site is totally on chinese and the translation button don't works: Noone "international transport company" would have a web with no translations.
4.- The phone appearing on this web page does not exist, even the international prefix is true: it don't belongs to any nation.
5.- All links under the main page are not correct: all gives you error or does nothing. You cannot make orders, create a user, login, contact the "customers support"; all is unoperative.
6.- If you pass the page through Google Tanslator, you can see it exist some deployable menus with information that dont send you to anywere but give you some data: One of them is a list of supossed "international collaborators" (menu "International express") and they do mention to some very known international companies as DHL, FEDex and UPS, but they do this changing a little the name. I have contact all of them at spain and noone knows HJYT (and, of course, they don't have accords with them).

Proofs of tracking is false:
1.- All steps happends at same hour: how is possible that different persons, on different contries and with different customs make all of them all at exactly the same minute of day?
2.- One of steps is ever "Arrived to country" and, after, "Customs inspection passed": if your order is greater than 150€, at least on UE, this step requires that you pay state IVA and taxes: if the customs department of your country have not news about your goods, the tracking list cannot be truth.
3.- The last two steps of the tracking are "The order has reached the local post office and is waiting for customer catch it" and, after this step, "Delivered".
4.- In my case (i don't know others) the "Delivered" step was done at 22:45!!!!: Do you know some courier company that have your offices opend at this hour for catch your order????

Some of these steps give us a opportunity to get a proof that they don't say the truth:
1.- on step 2: You can try to get from customs department a certificate saying you have not any goods with the track and order number from Aliexpress waiting to pay.
2.- On step 3: "Local Post Office" normally is a statal company ("Correos" at Spain) and you can go to your local office and ask for a order with the provided tracking number: the answer allways will be "it is no order with this tracking for you", then, you can be more extensive and ask for something for you from china and a vendor called xxxxOrders Store or Aliexpress, and his answer will continue being the same. If the person at office is collaborative, he can make a print of the screen and mark it with de company seal it. This is a very useful proof that demostrates that the tracking number do not exists and vendor is cheating.

This two documents have a problem for obtaining it: Customs department and Local Post office are statal and is workers are not collaborative frequently. Almos allways they will say yo that they only can certify what they do, not what they didn't do but, if you are nice with this person, can be he can do a printing of his PC screen and seal it .

One more thing. At our legislation the "charge of proof" stay over the vendor/transport company. I don't undertand why Paypal and Aliexpress do this in "reverse mode" and try to charge you with the labor of demostrating that order is not delivered; is the vendor who must demostrate that he:
1.- Sent the order: with the document of chinese customs exit.
2.- Arrived your country: with the document from your country customs department.
3.- Was delivered to you and no other person: with the delivery note signed by you, and only with this document, no other documents arte valid as demostration.

The vendor will try to alude constantly to tracking of HJYT as proof, but you always must indicate to Aliexpress that this company is part of the scam, is not a real company, it doesn't exist and his tracking is not proof of nothing. The vendor must give other proofs if he wants to demostrate it.

I have your same problem: I allways use Paypal because in the past, they did resolve many problems for me returning my money; but, on all previous cases the amount was very less and the problem was on transport, not on vendor, and i suposse they would have the return from the vendor.

This is the first time i have a scam problem: then, if Paypal or Aliexpress are consequent with his published rules, they must return the money without they have return from vendor. This is the question: previous problems didn was a economic problem for them, but this it is a very big problem: if they pay me, would must pay too many persons, and all without have return from vendor.

I have made a notification to National Police (department of Internet delicts) pointing to vendor (3999Orders Store in my case, but pointing to all similar Stores as possibly part of same "scam automatic system") as scamming person and Aliexpress as "necessary collaborator". Please, all of us must do this to stop all this practices at Aliexpress with his pasive consent and, can be, this will aid to force Aliexpress to retturn our money.

In this case, i think that all these stores are complete robots created by someone, including selling system, transport tracking and vendor answers to customer questions and discussions with Aliexpress, working totally automatically...his answers to all questions are exactly the same, don't matter what you ask. Examples with my questions:

I ask "My order have reached customs but i have not notice for paying IVA and taxes" answer; "My dear, your parcel is in transit"

I ask "Tracking says that my order is on mi local transport company office: where is this office? What compaany is? How contact?" Answer: "My dear, your parcel has arrived, you can go to the local post office to pick it up"

I ask "Your tracking says that the order is delivered; this is not true"; his answer: "My dear, your parcel has arrived, you can go to the local post office to pick it up"

I opened discusion with vendor and his answer is "My dear, your parcel has arrived, you can go to the local post office to pick it up"

I say that tracking is false and his answer continues being the same

I send a copy of my local post office (Correos at Spain) traking system, demostrating tracking do not exist and answer continues being the same.

Nobody will answer ever exactly the same and with exactly the same phrase (character by character) to all those questions, you alwais change something or coments the data aported...it is clear that answer from the vendor is a bot and it is very poor: he would not pass the turing test (informatic test designed to know if a IA is so similar to a human on his answers as to not being detected as IA or human).
 
Good news:
After many messages with Aliexpress and Paypal and hours of investigations taking data, screensoots and certificates from aluded transport company on last tracking step (Correos España, in my case) that demostrated that not only the tracking number, but the courier compani itself were false, I HAVE GET MY MONEY RETURNED.

Please, read my previous messages and do similar as me. Aliexpress closed my initial dispute, but they did must reopen it when i presented all proofs of scam. Finally, after vendor asnwer time is passed without ny logic answer (last messages from vendor did were the exactly same answer to all questions) , they have gave reason to me.

We must continue pressing Aliexpres for closing all these scam vendors, that i believe are all part of a automated scam bot.
 
This is why I dont buy from aliexpress and now shy away from buying on ebay if the seller is in China. Too bad because I am sure there are some businesses in China with ethics. But there seems to be an endless number of outright thieves there and recourse is limited in any of these platforms.
