Ignore - problem solved

It looks like your temperature sensor went bad it is showing -40C. Go into the settings and turn off that sensor by changing the 1 to a 0. Then you should be good to go. You'll have to order a new thermistor to get this function back.
 
How about disconnecting the temp sensor and power cycling the unit?
It doesn’t need a temp sensor to operate.

I would definitely replace the temp sensor if there is a freeze threat.

I removed the posts because it wasn't my info and I didn't know if any of the screenshots showed anything it shouldn't

The fix was plugging the temp sensor back in. Apparently the cable had come unplugged.
