soldered blade fuse on board in the inverter, any way this can be repaired without taking the board out

well, that is possible i guess... i'd make sure to use a good hot iron or better a soldering gun, something over 100W,, this is to heat and make a good solider quickly,,,less chance to melting the plastic on the fuse.
How many Amps is the fuse ? If you can goto the auto parts and buy a pigtail blade fuse holder,, solider the wires ( piggyback ) and then you can make the fuse holder external and/or easier to replace next time.

Check the mosfets for short. If they are shorted you won't need a new fuse cuz it's Broke real bad and the fuse won't fix it.

Pull out the fuse with pliers. Look at the picture.
if the bridge in the fuse is broken, means the fuse burn, then please replace them with same size, and try again.
Do not take PCB out from the inverter, because it is hard to install PCB well again

thats the problem its soldered to the board, four 30amp fuses blown i can see them,ok guys thanks for chiming in,i tried to solder a new fuse solder just rolls off

In general, the fuse holder is soldered to the circuit board, and then the fuse is inserted on the holder. When we change the fuse, we only need to pull out the fuse without taking out the holder

I had this same problem on a battery pack. I pulled the plastic cover off. Then clipped the spades down. Because of room constraints I soldered on a mini 40amp fuse. Worked as before when I was done.

Can confirm that I've seen cheap garbage devices solder the fuse straight to the board.

Get yourself some solder wick and replace it, or add in your own fuse holder ideally as was stated.

Solder wick is magical stuff. Always keep some handy myself.

If solder is rolling off, then the Iron is not hot enough. you may need a hotter iron or a soldiering gun.
Also just a note.. depending on how the fuse was blown....fuses don't blow for no reason..
I hope my earlier solution works for you
