Here's a small project I did for running my pond filters. Right now it's two 24 volt 210 watt panels in parallel to an MNPV-3 combiner box and a midnight brat charge controller. I'll eventually add 4 more panels (free) to this setup that I'll pull off my main house array. I'll virtual track (point the panels in all different directions) and over panel. The battery bank is 4 crown Cr260s also re-purposed from my house system and wired to 24 volts. The panels shown are not shaded it's a reflection. Eventually those panels will be facing different directions one South East and one South West. I'll use the brat's load output to run lighting control from dusk to dawn. The pumps need to run 24-7 to avoid die off of beneficial microorganisms so the virtual tracking and over paneling is to take as much load off the battery bank as possible. As designed the batteries should only need to be relied on sundown to sunrise. I put some other fun bits in there like ground fault protection, low voltage disconnect, a PWM motor controller and some LED lights as well.

Here's an update to my project. I took my old batteries out of my cabin system and put them down by the pond, wired everything together and tested out a pump.
