My neighbor left the health care industry for whatever reason didnt want the vaccine. She makes the same in her other profession as a massage therapist. Her job at the hospital wanted her vaxxed, instead of fight or wait to get fired she just left and is going another job now.

Often times through force of some kind, such as with taxes, mandates, etc., there are unintended consequences, people will just change their behavior rather their beliefs or agendas in life. So being that it was an individual choice, this individual just changed jobs as for her it was an easy decision. There was a shortage of nurses prior to the mandate, how about after?
 
There are many industries with "labor shortages". Each shortage has its own issues. This is common and ordinary in capitalistic economy.

If people die because of under-staffed help, who will notice ?
 
Well in a truly capitalist economy wages (rewards) will rise to outweigh the perceived risks. Unfortunately the healthcare industry while being business and profit oriented, much of their income flows through government mandated and backdd health insurance. The insurance companies have caps in place on what they will pay out which, while keeping things somewhat affordable for those able to qualify for the insurance, can effect quality of service in a detrimental way. Even good healthcare can be achieved if willing to pay a whole lot more out of pocket.

If you read any study of the current medical industry the problem is emotional and physical exhaustion caused by Covid and specifically people like you.

As I also have provided you documentation for but you continue to lie, hospitals have lost very few nurses due to vaccine mandates and every nurse already was mandated to get other vaccines. And you know what. I would be fired if I did not get those vaccines. Nothing new here.

Wearing a mask doesn't protect me. It protects your grandmother, your sister with asthma, your uncle with diabetes.

Being willing to go out of your way to protect or help someone used to be considered a virtue. Now people greedily protect the oddest things claiming freedom while degrading their morality.

I do not care if you are vaccinated, but you won't believe that. I don't care if you illegally import prescription medicine from India. I do care that you spread lies and misinformation to try to drag others down to your level of moral depravity.

I think mostly because of BMcl constantly referring to conspiracy, you folks see those of us as pro-science backed recommendations, as pro government or pro the current administration. To an extent, they (hopefully) overlap but I, and I am sure many of us, don't hold our views due to the gov and big pharma. I have criticisms of both. I also listen to their perspective. The problem with folks like yourself A. Justice is that you view this as political and never think more deeply. I was interested in ivermectin. I looked at the research. The thing is that whenever I push any of you guys to defend your position I get nothing but stories, memes, and blogs. No one should make decisions that way. Especially science but really in every aspect of our lives. In your own immature, inarticulate way you are accusing us of following the flock but we are not the ones throwing out memes. We are the ones asking for research. I don't like posting here. Before Will intervened I worked to get to stopped twice. I am posting to stop misinformation.

I was reading an interview of several epidemiologists when all this was starting and they said the irony is that if they do their job perfectly people way say: "See it wasn't really necessary". They have not been able to do their job perfectly but you can see that folks like A Justice and BMcl will never be satisfied or convinced. I would be satisfied if they just shuts up and stops the misinformation.

You do not appear to be fighting misinformation, you appear to be trying to silence concerns others have because you do not view it as legitimate and lacking evidence. You will never be successful trying to shout others down, you will only cause them to dig in and double down.

There is a distinct possibility you are trying to win a war that is unwinnable and the truth is that your efforts are essentially wasted. Most people have picked a side or perspective at this point and I can guarantee the delivery you have been using isnt ever going to sway anyone left standing in the middle to your side. Demeaning and belittling peoples intelligence and attacking personal beliefs turns the entire crowd against you.

Part of the issue you have is the belief that "All life is precious" and of "Safety first". Neither of these touchy feely sentiments had anything to do with why the US ended up being the greatest civilization, ever. I say that being a Canadian and believe that to be a fact.

What you are struggling with is the feminization of men and society in general. It has become socially unacceptable to be "a man". Everything needs to be fair. Equality of outcome is what matters. It doesnt matter if you are better at preforming a task, I should be allowed to it too and no one should make me feel bad for getting in the way and slowing progress down.

Safety is important and should be considered but it should not be first and I am not alone in my belief. Society has taken on the role of mother and we all know how annoying mothers are when you are trying to get something done.

So, what I am hearing is... Ignore the majority of scientific reasoning and grab onto the minority few who argue conspiracy theories and unverified results with the hope of having the bragging rights of guessing correctly without any definitive reasoning beyond.... They are all out to kill us?
