Will recently did an SOK with positive results that I thought was less than those even. Either way, Keywords: “positive” “review.”
Buying super cheap probably won’t work out well. You might get lucky, or at best not get much value; at worst the battery melts down and/or catches things on fire.
Batteries and circuit protection aren’t usually places one should scrimp. With proper fuses and installation design the failure of a charge controller, inverter, monitoring system, 12V lighting, etc usually can’t cause fire or other damage.

Er, my 120000mAh mention was definitely tongue-in-cheek.
I looked at the online image. Third line of the label reads "Voltage/Capacity=12V/6.0AH".Expect to get ripped off if they lie about the specs up front!
