How to create 2 input sources for SOK

I currently use a jackery 1000 for my dometic cfx375dz fridge. I plug the jackery into a 12v cigarette outlet to charge my jackery while driving and I have the solar panel on the roof of my truck connected to the Anderson input on the jackery to charge while the truck is off. Works pretty well and I want to replicate that dual input with my new SOK 206ah battery. Can someone make suggestions to have that same easy process in a diy setting?

I’m not quite picturing what you’re asking. Something tells me this is not what you’re asking.

You could use the already mounted panel with the Anderson power pole and simply make another Anderson Powerpole to connect this to an SCC and then the battery. That way you could choose to charge the battery or charge the Jackery by simply switching the cable.

You can get Anderson Pole dust covers to protect the cables and keep the leads from accidentally getting shorted.

Throw in a positive and negative busbar, and you can add loads to the battery.

Another thing you can add to that busbar is a DC to DC converter that is designed for alternators and hard wired to the system for charging.
 
Thank you for replying! I attached two pictures for clarification…the jackery 1000 has two inputs for charging; an Anderson/solar and 12v cigarette/8.0mm. When my truck starts up, the 12v cigarette charging begins, and when the truck is off, the solar kicks in. I don’t have to change cords or unplug anything, I just leave the two cords connected and it’s automatically prioritized.

I want to copy that setup for my new SOK battery. I imagined I need a SCC/mppt…was thinking about Victron 100/20. I am not sure how I can also bring in the 12v from the cigarette lighter like the jackery is set up.

I just don’t want to plug/unplug when every time I make or break camp.

My original thought was to buy a red arc dc to dc charger and hard wire, but i want to use this battery in three different cars, so I wanted to make it portable and also keep the coat down a little
 
I have found power froma cigarette lighter limiting. You can get more power from a converter hard wired. You made a good choice with the Victron 100/20.

I think for the charger to stay with victron, This may work adding a cigarette lighter jack with one of the smaller versions like the 5 amp, but you probably want something hardwired that will automatically turn on when the engine is on. Renogy makes THese . Thay are both an MPPT and charge from a vehicle battery and will only charge when the ignition is on.

There’s probably a better way to have a dedicated charger, but I am not familiar with DC to DC converters that will go on only when driving except for the Renogy. I’m sure there’s plenty of them. Probably even a way to wire the Victron’s I linked for charging only while driving with the remote off switch, but I don’t know what it is.
 
You may want to get a service manual for your Jackery and see what kind of wizardry they use to adequately charge a LiFePO4 battery using both a standard cigarette lighter and solar panels. There has to be some type of charge controller they use but I’m concerned that even if you figure this out, it’s going to take an awfully long time to charge a 206Ah battery compared to that Jackery. I love this idea and I could use such a device in my boat shed. I have a feeling it’s going to take multiple devices to do this and not a single device solution.
