De cell protection op 3,55v zetten had geen effect. Ik denk dat het een probleem van de growatt sph is. Kan in de inverter het max laadniveau op 95% zetten maar dat doet ook niets. Hij gaat gewoon door tot de soc 100% is.
En de nederlandse service dienst van Growatt (ginverter.com) reageerd ook niet op de vraag of er nieuwe firmware is. Zal de leverancier nog eens bellen

ben bang dat ik je niet kan helpen met specifieke growatt issues ; ik heb ze zelfs nog nooit "in het echt gezien".

don't charge it at 100% so that the BMS don't cut off (try 93 %) . in fact you should never charge it at 100 % if you want your battery to last longer.
 
How can I limit charging on the Seplos or Growatt? I have SPH4000 and i cant see an option for charging limitation.

What is the exact issue?
Have you Seplos BMS with Modbus or CAN protocol?

Thanks, it is a problem with the wrong firmware transfer. I did upload firmware for the CAN version, but BMS was for the RS485 version. After that, it was not possible to upload Growatt firmware for CAN but also for RS485 port. Seplos sent me a new BMS for free and now it works properly. Yes.. I use standard network patch cable for CAN port.

Which version of firmware you uploaded . Which version is on your inverter? My version is RAAa209805 and communication ZCBA-0005 and I have the same issue like comtel.

My inverter and BMS works with firmware CAN1101[FW27-DFSET_GW02_NEW_210616].ehex .
Please, do not follow me .. You must get firmware from Seplos. Uploading the wrong firmware is dangerous and can destroy BMS. One when uploading wrong firmware it is not possible to upload new.

i dont have a growatt connected to my seplos; i'm running the rs485 to my voltronics axpert ( mpp solar).
best contact seplos support for the right version, or you might brick your bms

I have contact with Growatt and get next response:
'Sorry, since the BMS and batteries are not from our brand, we have no such support of them. And we have no communication protocol of your batteries and BMS. They won't work successfully with our SPH. We cannot help you more about this issue.'
That is a disaster... In the Growatt documentation there is no notification that Growatt SPH works only with Growatt BMS. In this case, I never buy an inverter from Growatt. Have who anny ideas?

does the growatt support pylontech batteries ?

You should check about compatibility. Anyway check your documentation for you inverter model , it has support for pylontech for sure. Then check if you need CanBUS or rs485 interface

Growatt SPH officially does not support any battery except Growatt. I have had a conversation with Growatt for the last four month. Maybe another type of Growatt inverter but SPH not. I am definitely disappointed and must find another BMS. Investition on the inverter is too big and for me to replace the inverter is too much.
I am still waiting for Seplos' possible solution to work around.
 
What is your exact model sph4600 ?
You have to talk with seplos, they have growatt compatible firmware for canbus
