QUCC gave me this link on 8/20/2022 for the android app for the 7s-20s 200A Contactor BMS. It detects the BT right away, click on the serial # which is a button, and the app connects without a password. I don't know if the app works for any QUCC BMS, that seems likely.
Now I just have to learn how to use it.
There is a manual, but it is so poor as to be worthless. OverKill Solar has a manual online for their BMS which contains a better description of an earlier version of this app for MOSFET type BMSs.
Useage notes:
If you disable charge and discharge, so the contactor is open, then reenable charge/discharge, the contactor will not close until current is detected. It seems to need between 5 and 9 amps. It could also just take a long time, I didn't wait more than 30 sec or so, but the default delay in the app is only 2 sec.
This could also be a voltage sense, rather than current.
Also the logging is pretty poor, reached by an icon on the lower right. If the contactor is opened or closed, there will generally be a log entry, which will contain the high and low cell voltages. But the reason for the contactor change of state is not given.
Update 10/15/2022 - The QUCC BMS should not be used in parallel packs. QUCC support told me this when I reported that the relay would not close upon recovery from an overcharge protection. The app showed that both charge and discharge had been enabled, but the relay remained closed. The pack was in parallel with another pack using a JK BMS, which recovered normally, and was supplying all the discharge. When I disabled discharge on the JK, the QUCC relay immediately closed and normal function was restored. So it may work fine on a single pack, but parallel packs won't work properly. I've replaced it with a second JK and will keep the QUCC for a backup or another project.
