Going on 8 hours now. Could be when we got LAN hooked up, the access point function clashed. Turning of wifi and access point seems to fix it. You can select LAN for dhcp, thinking you got all wifi off, yet there is another place in the settings you have to turn off access point.

Terminators are on the XW side, the Insight Home has no dual connectors, so we assume the Insight Home is self terminating. It is the lan solution that is in a new arena with ip or mac conflicts now. Will try factory reset and only lan down the road.

This is identical modbus commands that work at my other location with the gateway 100% 24/7. Never a hiccup. The only variable is the gateway to insight home device.

Problem is ... Modbus data will work for some half day and stop. A Insight power cycle will recover in 3 minutes without any restart of the code using modbus. Recently we tried using the cat6 and now have lan conflicts. Even after turning off the wifi in Insight, the conflict will resurface...

I would almost want microinverters to have a bunch of slightly different trip values in place.

Can I assume your microinverters are all on the XW output side ? All my grid tie inverters have been hacked to off-grid, have a 5 second timeout for cycling. You know the freq shift disconnect logic. Have you been able to get the microinverters to fast cycle back on if tripped off ?

Don't blame you genset. I still have qualify issues galore on AC2. Even when I had grid on AC2 !!
