This is how I did it.

Why not cut the unistrut into smaller sections and put just them where the solar panels will mount? You don't need to mount a complete unistrut rail just to put 3 tie down points for each side of a solar panel? You will save a lot of weight also.

Just read the above post and see many similarities in my experience.

Warranty? Forget about sending them back if there is a problem. If I bought from China I would not put stock in any warranty claims. Those vendors come and go there, I don't think the outfit you bought from will be there in 10 years.

The inverter I use uses an internal bond from the chassis ground to the 3 wire connector according to the seller. I tested it with an ohm meter and they were connected. The switch is good for 690v and 32 amps
