    Don’t jump in with both feet others may advise against but I think if you had a single pole open on fall thermostat of some kind and broke a sensor wire it would disconnect. You may be just wanting to stop change but allow discharge, I don’t know how to do that.

    If temperature recovered and BMS is still open l would think that they are off on low voltage disconnect. Do they have internal heat? If so it could have contributed to running them down.

    If SOKs have built in low temperature cut off on the BMS that could be what caused the 1 with 2.4 volts to disconnect. Were the batteries allowed to go to 0 C. ? If not could be they weren’t charging because of low temperature.

    With having 5 outgoing DC circuits I would look at a DC breaker panel and forget all the fuses. Schneider, Midnite Solar, or similar. Resettable and means of disconnect for everything.

    Sae would be good if you were tearing down and moving weekly but for the long term use you can get some corrosion that would result in voltage drop. I would replace all of them with mc4s. The ones I got from Amazon look as good as any I have seen. Be sure to get the recommended crimper.

    On your drawing it looks like you plan to run a 3000 watt at 12 volts inverter with #2 awg? That is a lot of amps. If you are not planning to use the whole 3000 why not leave the xantrax? Or maybe I am wrong and it is 24 volt. It is still marginal at that.

    I haven’t tried the power saving mode yet. But idle consumption with no load is around 55 watts times twenty four hours is 1.32 kw per day. That could be a larger part of your battery consumption than you are figuring with winter sun.

    Please keep in mind if you are inverting 27-7 with the growatt my personal analysis is it will self consume 1.25 kw. 1 kw of panels flat and winter sun could be that low of production.
