    24V wiring diagram help

quick question regarding BMS... I have 2 200ah LifePo4 batteries that I'll connect in series with a 100a BMS each. Is the maximum discharge rate then 200a (100a BMS + 100a BMS) * 24V ~4800W? or am I limited to 100a *24V because each BMS can only handle 100a?? just want to make sure I'm not...

    24V wiring diagram help

I actually run the batteries in series, but I thought about the same. Thanks for pointing this out. So I would have 2 terminal fuses on the battery, one for the bus bar and one for the inverter?

    24V wiring diagram help

got it! the inverter actually asks for a 2AWG in the manual so that should be fine there. I might upgrade to 2/0 for in between the batteries and to the bus bars.

    24V wiring diagram help

Thanks! Yes, I have a 500A shunt I forgot to add to the diagram! I don't think I'll ever max out this system... the biggest draw from the inverter would be my induction cook top with around 1800W, and I can plan to not use the AC at the same time. One concern was around he wire size... do you...

    24v 2000w, 600w solar wiring diagram

B2B: yes I was thinking about that since the cable is going to fairly long as well. Thanks! Fuses: That's interesting. So for every load that goes from the bus bar to the source, you'd recommend installing a mega fuse? ATS: yes, and I've decided to give the Growatt 3000 a chance.

    24v 2000w, 600w solar wiring diagram

Thanks for the input! The main reason are my 620W, high voltage solar panels. I couldn't find a reasonable priced MPPT with 120+V and 50+A. I also decided to try the Growatt 24V SPF 3000TL to keep the costs low as it acts as inverter/charger/ATS.

Bluetti AC200 + van appliances and lights and everything :)

luckily my roof is flat, and I also have an AC unit in the back so height is not really a concern. Drive through windows are not an option for me lol

Bluetti AC200 + van appliances and lights and everything :)

yes these panels are 65" long and my van is around 60+ at the top. the panels would be a little bigger than my roof but those 2 inches on each side wouldn't bother me. I have a sprinter 3500.

Hello! I'm still new to the world of solar, and just recently decided to get a Bluetti AC200. My plan is to install 2x300w solar panels on the roof of my van. What I'm still struggling is, is how to connect things like my lights to the Bluetti. Basically everything that doesn't have a normal...

    Bluetti AC200 ($1,199) vs. DIY

It's still hard for me to estimate how much power I will need actually need. The only negative for the Bluetti is the lack of flexibility I think. I might just start with the Bluetti and build the van to be able to upgrade to a DIY system in the future if needed. I should be able to fit 4 of...
