Very cool that you seem to be making progress kommando. I hope to make the JK-PB2A16S20P BMS work with my Solark. But I don't find any posts from anyone who has.

I am planning to use these Temco Butt Splices to connect my BMS to the battery. I will cover the splice with heat shrink tubing. What do you guys think?

Make sure the busbars are flat with no burrs. They are stamped and some aren't flat. Clean everything with acetone. Put a thin layer of Ox-Gard or NoAlox on the terminals.

It will be interesting to see how much Amy will charge for a custom face plate. Shipping shouldn't be too bad.

You can probably request anything you want. Mine will have 5 boxes stacked up and weigh about 1200 lbs. I don't expect to move them around very much. But I like having the option.

Cool idea S Davis. I would cover the fuse and everything connected to it. It's too easy to make a mistake with all of that metal exposed. Tape is way better than nothing.

I haven't had time to do anything with my cases yet. I am hoping we can come up with a smooth way to put fuses in the case. I'm sure I can make something work outside if needed. I'm 48V and will be using class T fuses for each battery.

You can have wheels added to the bottom one and stack them 5 high. One of the coolest things about the Luyuan boxes is all of the customization that you can do.

My 48V cases for the old JK BMS finally arrived at Fedex in California. Should be here in a week or so. It's been a long wait.

There is shade on half of the panels. But that only happens for a couple months per year. The HMS-2000-4T-NA has 4 MPPTs. Each MPPT has one east panel and one west panel. So, in the above pic, 2 MPPTs are shaded and 2 are unshaded. Again, the shading issue is only happening a couple month...

I've been waiting for my tracking #s to show when my cases will arrive. They say label created 1/30/24 The package details show each case weighs 47.9 lbs or 21.73 kgs

I set up the HMS-2000-4T-NA with 8 320W panels and no gateway. I AC coupled it to my Solark 12K. The install went smooth and it works great.

I received my cells already. I only opened one box and they look beautiful. They look so good compared to the ones I got a few years ago. And they took less then a month to arrive! I guess my cases will arrive soon. I am anxious but I assumed it would take 2 months.
