    In this mode with XY-CD60L can you be sure there is no voltage drop thru the controller circuit? ( compare Vin- Vin+ voltage to Out- Out+ve Voltage). Is there a relay switch output mode that you could connect and disconnect the most +ve balance lead?

    Didn't catch what BMS you are using and if there is a balancer that comes on at ? 14.0V and if you can check cell voltages. Might be wise to check how the AGM charger boosts to full voltage ?14.4V It may be that if there is minimal time above 14.0V balancing time will be inadequate.

    Load is a compressor fridge and draws about 7A when cycling on. The "Lead" Profile of this DC-DC charger is very similar to the LiFePO4 profile of the newer Redarc BCDC series (14.5V/13.6V) but with a more realistic return to Boost of 13.2V for LiFEPO4 - see attached.
