    My power supply only goes to 30 vdc, so i hooked up the solar panel directly to the batteries and charged them up to 50 v, then switched back to charge controller. Now if I can just figure out where the shunt and BMS? Currently, the BMS is bypassing the shunt by connecting to the B- and P-.

    The MPP 5048 only has 2 solar inputs, so 3 in P wouldn't work would it? I was thinking of attaching a voltage regulator, have no idea if that would work or harm the panels in any way. Looks like I'll need one extra charge controller for the 3rd P leg. Thanks!
