Doesn't this circuit load up the batteries when the controller engages the dump load? Wouldn't it be better to bypass the battery bank? Asking because I am no expert for sure. Just seems like common sense to bypass the battery bank.

It is not directly related to solar power, but I did use it to cut my mounting rails on my solar panels. I just like to watch it work and because it never gets tired! Ha Ha
