Help finding connector for power supply

I am getting some 4awg wire to connect to my power supply to be used in my travel trailer. During my bench testing I used 8awg jumper cables and just stripped the wire and soldered the end and screwed it down. I am wondering if there is a crimp stile connecter I can use. My searches didn't...

DGJBD Bluetooth BMS - a short review

I ordered mine from this place and it was about 3-4 weeks to receive them in the US. The 120A version comes with three wires on each side...

Overkill Solar vs JBD direct purchase

Yes it did and it has pretty good range as well. I have had no issues thus far with the BMS. It connects easily with the phone app (Go0gle). Included in the BMS: bluetooth dongle, 3 10ga wires on each of the sides. You can see the dongle on the left tucked in back 6-8" wire lead to the BMS.

Overkill Solar vs JBD direct purchase

I did not push it higher. I have done two full discharge cycles now on my battery pack and have the BMS to shut off at 11.5v so far it has worked as expected.

Overkill Solar vs JBD direct purchase

I ordered the JBD and had no issues. Plan for 3-4 weeks for delivery. I pretty much used all of the links/manuals from Over Kill and it worked great. I did a discharge of ~117 amps for about 30 minutes and the BMS didn't get warm or have any issues at all.

DGJBD Bluetooth BMS - a short review

Even with it off via the app, how much power is still consumed? It has to keep somewhat powered up so you can turn it back on via the ap right? I am planning for RV usage. 2 weeks "off" won't drain the battery will it?

Lishen 272 Ah Top Balance and Capacity Test

Ok thank you. I think I have roughly the same BMS as the OP (https://www.lithiumbatterypcb.com/product/4s-or-3s-12v-li-ion-or-lifepo4-battery-smart-bms-with-bluetooth-function-uart-and-rs485-communication-with-60a-to-120a-constant-current/), but I have 10 ga wires instead (3 of them). For...

Hello, how or where did you get new ends/plugs to connect into the power supply?

Using an RV Converter as a Charger

Follow-up question: there is a Lithium option WF-9800LiS and the charge profile is below. Might be a silly question but it states that at a minimum the Bulk mode will run for an hour. There is no real risk to LFP batteries with this profile is there? i.e. batteries are charged, plug the RV...

Using an RV Converter as a Charger

Using an RV Converter as a Charger

Good catch, moving to LiFePO4. Need to recalibrate my brain, always called them LiPo for the RC trucks. I will have to look up the converter model exactly to be sure.

Using an RV Converter as a Charger

Thank you for this info. I am working to switch my RV to LiPo this spring as I am looking to do more camping without shorepower but only for 2-3 days. My situation/application will be primarily #2 and 3 above. I assumed I would have to change out my converter anyway. So I am thinking the...
