Thank you, I’ve done this. It’s actually part of why I don’t like these Overkill BMS’s. They randomly change settings on me. When I do this, it does bump the capacity up a tad, but nowhere near 100%.

Where is the “charge” voltage? I corrected the cell 100% to 3500. When I topped off and balanced, they were at the 280 mark. At least per the BMS.

Couldn’t sleep, lol! After @time2roll’s comment, I remembered I had shut off the breakers when I was monkeying around with trying to get the battery situation figured out. Sure enough, I had the two 30A breakers off. Everything is working now. Stupid.

I’ll check the breakers and fuses in the morning. I was stupid and buttoned everything up before checking the generator.

Because I don’t know what I’m doing. Lol. The one set is for driving the 12v side of the RV. The other set goes to the generator. To be honest, I don’t know why that’s needed other than it was attached to my old battery. I assume it’s to start the generator. Don’t quote me on that though.

Again, the red wire on the negative terminal will be swapped out when the system is functioning as it should.

The one set was put in service earlier in the week, the other just came online yesterday.

How do I look for hotspots, with a thermal scope? Are you meaning literal hot spots?

It goes to the 24v-12v converter to feed my 12v side of the RV.

No. Both positives go to a bus bar and likewise with the negatives. They are both discharging at the moment. However, yesterday A-H was discharging 14-15v while I-P was charging by the same amount. So I wasn’t sure what the heck was going on.

There is an automatic transfer switch currently to switch between the 50A shore and the generator. Where would the manual switch be placed?

I'll keep digging on this site trying to find a solution. Just haven't come upon it yet.

I already own the MPP, so I'd prefer to find a solution using what I have. I'm not attempting to run the A/C with the solar. I've understood that I need to be on shore or run the generator if I want A/C. With that being the case, do you think I can accomplish this without the Victron unit?

Has anyone made the provisions that @sunshine_eggo has eluded too?

No, I'll be hooking them up to 1620w of solar on the RV. From what I can see, I'll need to set the parameters on the charge controller to keep them between 20-90%. At least that's what I think I remember reading.
