    The inverter uses the battery as power source if battery is available. My BMS, In AC mode , reads 0.77A all night. This is how this inverter works. it seams that idle consumption will came from battery and maybe a part also from the grid.

    No. the 5.5kw is the max operating AC power. You can peak that but only for a few second till the inverter shuts down. for 7.5kw you hate to parallel 2 units, to 11kw. ( must be the same software version or the parallel will not work.

    Yes a see my amps reducing, but in my inverter i select 57 amps and it only stops at 58,but this is a inverter problem, not bms. The bms doesnt regulate amps, it only protect the battery for overvoltage and under voltage in the cells. The inverter must regulate the charging.

    Use a multimeter and measure the voltage of the pack. Then use the voltage calibration on the bms setting and insert the correct voltage of the pack. Then you should be ok. After calibration, measure every cell voltage to see if it matches what the bms reports.

    Yes 2 SPD of 2 poles, one for each string. About earthing, i would get one earth pole for the metal structure, panels suports and panels. That can be mixed with the earth from the SPD's, on a earth connection box. That earth pole spaced at leat 3m from the existing ones.
