Need feedback and suggestions for minivan camper conversion

I have 55w 30L fridge and it runs on 100Ah 12V battery for 5 days to 10% rated capacity this is real life number. With 25C degrees temperature deferential (on average ) between ambient and fridge interior. I also run it in Eco mode when on battery mode and it consumes only 2A at 13V. Your...

Ignition delay timer for Renogy DC-DC charger

You sure about 15sec? I thought there is no delay at all. I would like to have 5-10 minutes delay to give starter battery time to charge . So I don't have huge total amp draw on the vehicle alternator on start up.

    More DALY smart BMS issues

I definitely won't find the thread. But you can try plugging in your bms in a power bank. Again are you sure about your red wires from bms to the cells

    More DALY smart BMS issues

Get 28V charger! Take a picture of your BMS. Is it's smart one? I recently had issue with my 60Amp 4S smart BMS. Double checked wiring no issues. Until I opened my diagram and checked wiring 3rd time and "BOOM" done. So make sure you wiring is correct even if you so confident. I found on...

Portable flexible solar panel kick stand .

Cheap kick stand for a portable flexible solar panel. Need PVC water pipe 1/2 in, velcro tape and 3D printer. It's not going to hold high winds but will work for camping needs, very portable.

Ignition delay timer for Renogy DC-DC charger

Adding ignition delay timer to my Renogy DC-DC charger. Hopefully Renogy will improve their charges by integrating delay time in a future. Updates: stay away from this timer it's working only with trigger switch not supporting constant ignition power.

280ah Battery Top and Bottom Support Design.

What's wrong with flattened copper tubing? Why you don't like it? I know you can buy, but sometimes the lengths is the issue, if its not standard assembly. Or if you need to make 90degree buss bar, copper tubing comes handy. You can do nickel plating or solder plating. Grade L tubing its 99.9%...

Moisture content you referring to it's for filament not for final product. You can actually make water containers with PETG . If you print end caps from PLA just don't try to open the caps in cold weather it will snap. Don't keep your. assembly on open sun it will twist. No, I didn't print...

280ah Battery Top and Bottom Support Design.

It depends on your particular application. That's why I asked you the question. Personally I choose PETG because its more durable and can withstand moisture better. If I want to build something to last 10 years in dump conditions I would like to have something durable. PLA it bio plastic. It's...

    More DALY smart BMS issues

Works for me turning off. Turning on required breaker reset after turning on on the app, that's only one way I figured I can get it back powered.

New Daly "Smart" BMS w/ Communication. (80-250A)

I just noticed a mistake. Bank was set to 10000mAh and I have 100000mAh when I changed this parameter to 100000mAh SOC dropped down to 10%. So unfortunately my adjustments didn't work. update: after performing a system reset via app, everything works now as I stated in my first post with the...

Just received cells. Charged them. Will have to do top balancing later. Now put them in series to design and print the holding case. Then based on the final dimensions I will have to source the Pelican style case.

New Daly "Smart" BMS w/ Communication. (80-250A)

SOC. After fully charged to 14.4 LiFePo4 pack blue tooth app showed 100% state of charge. But after an hour or so voltage normally equallized to 13.7V and app showing 83% which is not accurate. So I changed system voltage settings in Sinowealth BMS software to values stated in LFP VOLTAGE Chart...
