Not much different than plywood. Small pilot holes and #10 or #12 screws. If drilling larger hole, hole saws don’t really care about 1/16or 1/8 aluminum. It really made a difference on the heat around the phoenix 120-12-50 charger

I put aluminum diamond plate over ply. Diamonds against plywood. The giant heatsink really helped lower temps around my chargers.

They often have industrial ends that are impact and solvent resistant that are in the 50-80 range. Along with the cheap leviton.

The stud is isolated in the mrbf holders, otherwise the stud would bypass the fuse

How about a variable speed quiet compressor model to mount under the trailer ;). Something better for mice to nest in.

was replacing the bms in an SOK 280, and it looks like a class T could be added inside to the connection to the terminal (maybe height problem). Internal fusing would simplify connections if appropriate.

My PD93xx series converter was much quieter and reliable than my old wfco. The victron is pricier, but if you are integrating other systems it is nice.

If you used the victron 50amp smart charger, would it give you the charging and dc load capacity you need while on shore power? It doesn’t switch automatically but does have a power supply mode.

So one battery has a bad bms, waiting for a replacement bms to arrive vs a new battery. Min has been responsive. Ran the other battery through 2 60a discharge cycles. Very stable until pack voltage hits 13.5 then one cell jumps up and trips bms. A small discharge and it is back in line...

Great conversation. The form factor of the Victron is quite nice. I could fit two 200ah or the 330 in a small travel trailer space. But then add ons bms etc taking up room and wiring. I am trying to minimize inverter usage, so Epoch over Victron?
