I'm tired of unreliable 'all in one' systems to power my fridge!

Isn’t battery voltage at rest a simple indicator of the battery SOC? 🤔

I'm tired of unreliable 'all in one' systems to power my fridge!

The Victron smart Solar mppt CC does indeed monitor the battery SOC and other parameters. The bt phone app has many operational features.

    12v or 24v

Ok, inverter is better and more $$. I built a 10’ cargo conversion using a 100ah 12v lifepo on a 1500 w PS inverter For 4 years camping 7-10 times a year running a cheapie 700w micro on 1/2 power with zero problems. Just take a bit longer to cook. K.I.S.S…..this system works just fine and saves...

    12v or 24v

I would go with a 12v system on a small trailer with limited power needs. Use a higher voltage/wattage panel with appropriate charge controller (Victron 100/20 or 100/30 smartsolar) to charge quicker and perform better during cloudy days, 1500w PSW inverter and a 200ah lifepo. (relatively...

Battery Blues : first Li Time now SOK

I do not use bluetooth BMSs. I prefer to use Victron Smart solar charge controllers to monitor battery's. The password can easily be changed if you want to another. The last bluetooth BMS on a battery i built i used a JBD BMS which also is able to change your password. Someone tampering with...

Multiple MPPT Solar Charge Controllers to the same battery bank

The ecoflow Delta 2 max actually has two mppt charge controllers built in and they work together giving two separate charge inputs. You can use both for solar or one for solar one for charging from another source.

    Ecoflow Delta2 solar charging

Just trying to find out if this is a normal thing. I have an Ecoflow D2 that allows 500w/60v max solar and has a 15a limit on the MPPT. I have three 195w Ecoworthy bifacial panels in parallel because series would be to much voltage. On a bright clear sunny day, panels at the correct angle to the...

    Ecoflow MPPT

Thanks, yep I was pretty sure after reading specs on the Victrons they do not boost. Be cool if they did but probably $$$ more than already priced. Ecoflow must have a specialty MPPT input boosting abilities.

    Ecoflow MPPT

? Thanks Steve. Make sense. Was wondering about that. The Delta2 has performed flawlessly on everything I've thrown at it for my camping needs and i ordered a third 200w bifacial panel from Ecoworthy during this past sale madness ($116 ea) to boost my capability to 600w for faster recharging the...

    Ecoflow MPPT

Curious about the Ecoflow MPPT abilities. I have an Ecoflow Delta 2 power station whos battery is rated at 52v that I use Two Ecoworthy 18v Bifacial 200w panels to recharge with. The panels are connected in parallel because of intermittent shade patches. Panels are 18-22v. It charges the Delta...

    Costco has Ecoflow listed again!

The really good point on buying from Costco is if you have a bad product you can simply and easily return it to Costco for refund or replacement. Ecoflow customer service

Im afraid i have to agree on the protracted wait to hear back from Ecoflow thru Email. and the phone support is very minimal at best. They say they'll escalate you case to tech support but it takes days to hear back if even at all. The app works great when at home in router range, no problems...

Simultaneous AC/solar charging with EcoFlow Delta Pro?

I have tried this on my delta2 AC charge set at 400w and the ecoflow 220w bifacial panels connected at the same time and it appears to combine the watts together charging. I assume as solar reduces as its getting dark the wattage will come down to AC only. Haven't tested that to confirm yet...
