What are you test parameters to identify "used" cells and to measure 40+ Ah ? I have a bunch of 50 cells here and they all are clearly above 40 Ah (up to 43) ... I do my tests between 1.6 and 2.75 Volt and discharge with 10 A. Is that representative ?

You were right .... after stabilizing the connection I was able to discharge with 15A ... in less than 2.5 hours per cell ! Is it dangerous (for the cell lifetime) to go down to 1.6 volt instead of 1.8 ? If I disconnect the cell at 1.6 (15A) and measure the voltage afterwards (without load) it...
