RHI-(3-6)KW-48ES-5G The DSP version in that archive is v22, and the HMI (which is from me that Solis gave me yesterday) is v35. I have v25 of the DSP too, but I downgraded it to v22 because both I and @reklamos saw some issues.

You have set the limit on both the Solis AND on the BMS with Battery Monitor?

Solis RHI 5G 5KW hybrid inverter and a 200A Seplos BMS.

I've seen about 80 amps both going in from Solar and out to loads.

I asked Reklamos because I have the 5K unit, and I've set the current limits to 100A (just over 0.3C on a 280AH pack). His limits are set to 60A, so unless he's running a small pack or a 3K unit, I think those are too restrictive.

Thanks for doing that. In that case how have you set up your BMS? I have more trouble with this than with the Solis inverter, as the Chinglish in the Battery Monitor software is a bit harder to decipher. BTW - your inverter is the 3KW version?

It definitely looks like a cell is the issue. You can see at line 313 where the capacity drops to 9% in an instant. If you scroll down to line 434 you see Monomer Overvoltage warnings with the same cell identified from earlier, now reading 3.538v while the others are around 3.31v (0.2v...

I do not know for sure but - as you have a 208mv imbalance, three cells are quite low (C5, C6, C13), and one of the cells is very low (C5) - I believe the BMS is indicating capacity based on those weakest cells. If those 3 batteries are really OK, I would suspect the balance leads are not...
