I had the exact same problem as MBshoe! I fixed my issue following his steps, except used "server-us.growatt.com" for the server domain. Notice the dot in between US and Growatt. I only figured that out by looking at the web address bar while I was signed into the Growatt server...

Thank you for the feedback....I did get a second battery, and I did watch the video from Will Prowse. The in/out set up is different since the battery for the Kodiak is internal, and the only out ports are the plugs....I still going to look and tinker. :)
