I want to install a 110/240 V socket into my campervan and connect Bluesmart IP 22 to charge the leisure batteries. It will only be used to charge the battery and nothing else. My question is, do I still have to install an MCB/RCB, or would the Bluesmart circuit protection be enough?

I bought 4, 280Ah grade A LiFePO4 cells for a 12V battery pack. I put everything together, fully charged, discharged, and charged again. The cell voltage difference during discharge stays at 0.001 all the way to the bottom. Should I have to balance the cells?

You are going in the wrong direction I think. I try to figure out why copper wire cannot be used for high or low voltage applications? The same copper that used everywhere or not, perhaps there is a chosen copper that deserves a higher voltage rating? And if no rating is bad and ugly copper...

15v for agm starter or leisure battery on bulk mode is fine under low temperature conditions. That's how smart alternators is programmed nowadays. 14.8 to 15.3 under low temp and 14.5 to 14.8 summer temp.

Most of times you can actually tell where fire is started especially on partial burns like this shed.

Looking at the fire "fingerprint" there no indication the batteries caused this fire. Sorry if I am wrong.

According to the pictures in the first post. Fire didn't start by the batteries. Something else happens probably made up story. Apologies just a thought.

Thinking out loud, If current have no colours to differentiate then I can use mppt charger for everything and what is purpose of b2b charger? unknown?

Sorry I confused my self, when I start charging the cell reading was 3.23ish so between 3.23v to 3.4 i got approx 56 amps in. I want to program Bms to cut off low voltage disconnect at approx. 20% of total capacity and high end disconnect at 80% full or program charger for that matter. But...

I used victron orion b2b 30 amps charger and victron smart shunt. Also periodically measured cell voltages with multi meter. Between 3.4v and 3.45v per cell shunt recorded approx 85 amps in. It took 3+ hours and couple of hours before that to rise voltage from 3.3 to 3.4v
