    Why not use Victron Multiplus 2 in a microgrid set up? They are ac coupled and can feedback to the grid but can also provide the AC to keep your micro inverts going in a grid down situation although you may want to see if you can broaden the acceptable frequency range in your micro inverters...

    They are generally independent MPPTs so you get the best of both strings. Particularly useful if you have some different arrays like E-W or 2 angles.

    How many mppt inpust should I use?

    From my guess as to which exact unit you have and looking at the manule on their site each mppt has a 14a max. I assume you are hitting this max and thus yes, you should split it over both.
