Deye vs LVtopsun - Copy, clone, badge-engineering or something else.

i've pretty much given my opinion on that statement already... as to the proposal they made.. that was of marketing, creating demand and purchase numbers only, as i understood

Deye vs LVtopsun - Copy, clone, badge-engineering or something else.

Again LVTOPSUN is a rebadger , not a manufactorer. As I said "it looks like" , I can tell you for a fact that it is no deye

    Sol-Ark, EG4 Communications Hub/LifePower4 - Solar Assistant configuration

you'll be fine pulling the info from every battery, with the exception of the master battery.. Once you set that as a CANBUS master, it wont respond to RS485 request anymore.. For my setup this isnt an issue, as i have a pretty big stack... simulation your setup , you would see something like...

I believe you can only change the V3 setting through the windows software and a rs485 connection. The bluetooth i think is monitoring only

Looks like this is a rebadged signeer inverter https://www.manualslib.com/manual/2507349/Sigineer-Power-M3048bp.html

Deye vs LVtopsun - Copy, clone, badge-engineering or something else.

LVtopsun rebadge multiple inverters from different OEM's ( just like EG4), so it is quite reasonable to think you may have a different inverter.. Deye doesnt make a 3KW model

What brand high amperage circuit breakers people use in Europe (400A 60V required)

If this is your reasoning, use a 400a t-class fuse ( like you already should be using :) )

What brand high amperage circuit breakers people use in Europe (400A 60V required)

Looked at Abb... For a slightly comparable mccb to the tomzn , I would need to spend over 300 euro, the noark's are even more expensive here

    Seplos CAN BUS RS485 48v 200A 8S-16S BMS

You need to use the proper app for your BMS.. V2 and V3 use w different app, both can be downloaded directly from the seplos site , after registration

What brand high amperage circuit breakers people use in Europe (400A 60V required)

400a is absolutely nuts for this inverter.. 200a at 51,2 nominal voltage is 10240 watts.. Your inverter will be overloaded long before that For my sunsynk 12k's I use a 250a tomzn.. Have tested that it does what it should do , and it is huge , heavy and spring loaded bidirectional Connected...

Deye vs LVtopsun - Copy, clone, badge-engineering or something else.

to add... there was a time where Deye was selling their split-phase inverter directly in the USA, that stopped about 3 years ago.. There are a few that still have the original 8 KW Deye split Phase inverter ( i think @Lt.Dan and @RayfromTX i know for sure, you can see them at his YT channel...

not quite.... Wrote a whole story here years ago.... short take away story is : Keith started a company and engineered the first true hybrid long ago that produced the GTIL sun 1KW and GTIL sun 2 KW in order to grow the business he sold that company and tech to a Aircon factory of epic...

280Ah cells with low capacity - can I still use them?

unless your EBC-A40L is broken ( which it doesnt look like ) , it is either your method, or the cells... could be cycled before you got them could need a little "pep up" fortunatly it is quite easy to create a test plan with the EBL software to repeat a test 2 -3 times

Need to install Consumption CT Sensors for Enphase in an AC Coupled Sol Ark 15k setup in New England Area

Ok, so the problem is with you sol-ark setup in regards to solar sell.. Can you verify that is disabled ? Furthermore you can set the trickle higher, to ensure that the peeks will not be offloaded.. A warning though, a hybrid inverter will take and give a bit from the grid when connected.. It...

Need to install Consumption CT Sensors for Enphase in an AC Coupled Sol Ark 15k setup in New England Area

Again, if connected to the sol-ark, it should be exporting.. It is exporting to the sol-ark, not the grid.. The sol-ark "emulates" the grid The sol-ark then determines if the export goes to the batteries, the loads or the grid ( if setup that way).. The Enphase doesn't know the sol-ark is the...

Need to install Consumption CT Sensors for Enphase in an AC Coupled Sol Ark 15k setup in New England Area

Don't use Enphases zero export feature at all, as it doesn't make sense.

Need to install Consumption CT Sensors for Enphase in an AC Coupled Sol Ark 15k setup in New England Area

The zero export is handled by your sol-ark ( if connected to you smart/gen/aux ) port. The sol-ark will tell you Enphase micron's to shutdown by frequency shifting Connecting them this way will also ensure the still produce even if your grid is down Are your Enphases connected that way ?

280Ah cells with low capacity - can I still use them?

Probably better.. They sat for quite a long time, and while in general lifepo4 doesn't have a memory, they may need a warm after sitting for such a long time

280Ah cells with low capacity - can I still use them?

If that is the case, I would cycle test them at least 3-4 times from 3.65 down to 2.5 and back before comming to conclusions. What tester did you use ?

My 44kW vertical and bifacial set in Finland.

  32. houseofancients

Storage for 2 grid tied inverters

When paralleling the inverters do not sync to the grid, only the master does and passes that information on to the slave.. The do however both sync to eachother using the common battery. Guess what happens if that fails 😔 This video is about single phase inverters, but using 3 phase inverters...
