I concur. I had more damage but the ones tested were exactly the same rage of 258 and 264Ah. I would still be interested to receive my cells but would be uninterested in the same type of stock. It would be great if @Michael B Caro would address this issue specifically.

The tracking you posted earlier indicated it was still on its way. Did it complete its journey? As in delivered. My returns show delivered back to kingspeed.

Ups and FedEx even with proper labeling would refuse any claim due to the packaging of the cells. Also, it would be very surprising if the supplier paid for insurance. The supplier is responsible for the loss. What puzzles me is it seems like Michael has very little leverage.
