this is a stud mount fuse and it should have work just fine on the copper on copper lugs with a bolt .. i took it off and no more heat..

it just the bolt & nut--- getting warm not the fuse and i already clean with sand paper.and still on go the bussman fuse looks legit and im only putting 60 amps thru it.... this is dumb the fuse is new.... i guess the fuse is no good............

i had no problem with heat on this when this was bolted to my battery before i put this fuse inline if i take the fuse out no heat but that not safe.

are you saying i need a fuse holder for this agm..... fuse is in direct contact with lug. washer is on the back side

no washer between lug copper on copper and is real tight ..this isn't making no sense....

Hi i have a bolt on fuse on my charge controller on the battery... with a 4 gauge wire 6 foot long and the fuse only get awful warm just at the bolt im using to connect the 2 ware the 2 crimps are good they are not getting warm.. i also clean the 2 brass ends where they connect.. im using a 5/16...

ok when my 8000 btu ac is plug in to grid power it is1035 watts 9.4 amps. when it plug in to my inverter on the dc side from the batterys it draw read 60 amps. 768watts at 12.8 volts is this right ?????....

i believe it my battery switch it getting pretty warm where the wires go in... my wire is 100 copper wielding cable i crimp and solder so it deefinelty not that. what battery switch do you all reccomend ...

ok im runing- 66-amps with 0/2 wire 9 foot of wire on a 12volt 4 crown 205 batterys about 15 min the red pos wire gets prtty warm is this normal or not?????.....thanks

why does my inverter hum and vibrate so loud on some 500 watt things pluged in and other 500 watt things you can't here nothing and it so quiet and it a pure sine aims 2500 watt inverter.. hooked up to 12 volt- 400 ah batteries..... is it not good when it vibrate and hum so load im afraid to...

is it ok to leave your charge contoller on when battery is not in use i have a epever tracer 4215BN i would think my flooded lead acid battery will charge to much is there away to put it on idle...
