I have built a Lithium-ion 7s120p battery with 316ah of capacity. I would like to use it in conjunction with a 12v lifepo4 280ah 4s1p battery. My thoughts is to connect the solar panels via scc to Lithium-ion 24v battery which would connect to the pv side of a scc for the 12v lifepo4 battery...

I bought 4 Thunderbolt solar panels from Harbor Freight. For a since I bought the Renogy Rover 100/40amp The panel specs are 24v and 6.2 amps max. I think I'll be okay to connect all4 panels in series for 96v and 6.2 amps. That will be pushing the 100v pv input, but should be okay.
