I'm curious as to why all the BMS I see on the market have such small gauge power cabling? Seems they should be larger. I was just looking at the stats of a 120 amp BMS which claims 500 amp limit of discharge current. Seems this much current would liquify the small output cables.

So I just received 16 eve 230 ah. cells from Jenny at Doucan. They arrived in perfect condition. What great packaging. All 16 cells measure 3.293 volts right out of the box. My question is, Is it absolutely necessary to top balance them being they are so perfectly balanced now? I have to ask...
