That it is not Split Face, that is called biphase. Those two 120 volts legs are (correction 90 degrees and not 180) apart so between the two you have 240 VAC.

You are running in circles here. The problem is caused by the distance from the inverter to the CT coil. Nothing else, bring the CT coil closer to the inverter or replace it with a CHINT meter (if your version of the inverter supports it). See page 18 of the manual found here.

That may only be possible if the current from the Batrium to the trip coil goes through an auxiliary contact inside the MCCB. The Auxiliary contact inside the MCCB is in NC state and the moment the current pass through it and trips the MCCB the contact changes state and it opens the circuit. In...

You should re-check your choice to trip the MCCB, all you need is a pulse to activate the coil that trips the breaker. No need to maintain the coil energised once it has tripped the breaker. My choice is "Critical Pulse Off (CB Trip)" as suggested above and it does exactly what I need.

I do not think that value can be set for Deye / Sol Ark inverters, at least it is not available under Battery / Advanced like it is for Voltronic inverters.

Asking cause my rebranded Deye also supports BMS over RS485 (maybe all Deye) and I know the Seplos comes in both flavours.

I am using exactly this one with my Pi 3b and Turbo Energy (Deye rebranded) inverter. IT may work with your battery.

All you need is a Sunsynk inverter. Couple it with a big enough battery for your needs and it will do everything you are describing in your initial post. P.S: I mention Sunsink because it is available to you in UK. It is basically a Deye / SolArk / Turbo Energy and many other commercial brands.

When I read this I incorrectly assumed your battery was using the CAN protocol and not the RS485. It is not clear in your words and I do not know the details of those batteries. RS232 splitter?

Have you tried the splitter? I do not see the reason why it should not work. People from SA are telling you it will work. It uses completely different pins in the connector. See here:
